Engineering of phase transitions

Our paper on tailoring the phase transition in vanadium dioxide has just been published in Physical Review Applied. The work is a collaboration between UW Madison, Purdue, U. Jena, the Naval Research Lab, and Harvard.

Giant valley photoconductivity

We just published a theoretical paper describing giant valley Hall photoconductivity in narrow-gapped Dirac materials, in collaboration with NTU. The paper appears in Nano Letters.

Poster prize
